Construction Management

Our extensive involvement in the industry allows us to place our expertise at the client’s disposal. We provide effective management, cost and value advisement, scheduling, coordination and safety control. We can supply administration and material procurement, we also maintain an extensive database of sub-contractors available for all trades.
Design Build
Our in-house design and drafting department provides the prospective client with the opportunity to take advantage of this practical approach to custom construction. Design build offers a cost-effective solution to the client, while ensuring a well established relationship between the designers and builders. By using a team based approach between architectural, engineering and construction services we can deliver a turn-key solution, designed and built to fit your needs.
Pre-Construction
Evaluation of a potential project is an important service we offer. Many clients want a project budget prior to commitment to construction. Our detailed budgets, based on standard construction divisions, are prepared by experienced project managers and expert estimators. We maintain a close relationship with local authorities and building officials to ensure a realistic assessment of your potential project.
People
Our management team is made up of professionals from all areas of the construction industry. They are supported in office by an experienced staff of administrators, estimators, technicians and design personnel. Our family of superintendents and foreman are highly valued for their experience, skills and input toward solving any problems that may arise. Safety
At Hil-Tech Contracting our commitment to safety is critical to the company’s success. From initial hazard assessment and safe work plan preparation to continuous supervision, we adhere to all prescribed safety standards and regulations.
We employ a professional safety consultant to perform pre-job hazard analysis specific to the worksite. Using this analysis all necessary safe work procedures are established that will encompass the various building trades involved in the project. Prior to the commencement of work we ensure all crew members participate in a pre-job induction covering relevant safe work procedures and WCB regulations. In the role of Prime Contractor, Hil-Tech is responsible for monitoring compliance to applicable procedures and regulations. We are proud to maintain a safety record that exceeds industry standards, in even the harshest of environments.
